Conduct recreation activities with individs&groups of children 3-12 yrs old at recreation facilities e.g. outdoor or indoor fields or rec. complexes.Activities:soccer games&programs,aimed at building basic social&gross motor development in participants.Activities take into account needs&interests of participants.
Maestro Soccer,LLC offers wage of $20.41-$25.00/hr based on exper.&perf.Full time,35 hrs/wk,typical sched.:M,W,Fri 11am-1pm&4:30pm-8:30pm;Tu,Thur4:30-8:30pm;Sat9am-1pm&3-5pm;Sun1pm-4pm (exact scheduling may shift occasionally).No OT,no on-job training avail.
Travel by car to&work at fields in Middlesex,Somerset,Morris&Union Counties,NJ,Montgomery&Bucks Counties,PA,&Greater Bridgeport Planning Region,CT,not over 2 hrs drive from Basking Ridge area,NJ.If employee chooses,employer (Er) provides car use at charge to employee,deducted from paycheck,at the rate of $300/biweekly,which covers car use&auto insurance but not gas.Workers are encouraged to obtain a drivers license (DL) valid for driving to worksites,however DL not required for position because coaches who dont obtain such DL can carpool with drivers-licensed existing staff to get to work sites,splitting car costs proportionately.Position reqs.
12 mo. exper. in soccer recreation instruction for ages 12 or under.Er makes all deductions from the workers paycheck reqd by law.Er provides worker,without charge or deposit charge,all tools,supplies,&equipt.Reqd. to perform duties assigned.If worker completes 50% of work contract period,employer will reimburse worker for transportation&subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work.On completion of work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier,Er will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation&subsistence back home or to place the worker originally departed to work,except where worker wont return due to later employment with another employer.Amount of transportation payment or reimbursement equals most economical&reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence provided at daily rate of $16.78 during travel to max of $68.00 with receipts.Er guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period,if the period of employment covered by this job order listing is 120 or more days,or each 6-week period,if the period of employment covered by this job order listing is less than 120 days.The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.Employees will be paid every 2 weeks.Er will reimburse the H2B worker in the first workweek for all visa,visa processing,border crossing,&other related fees,including those m&ated by the government,incurred by the H2B worker(but not including passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
