Warehouse Manager Opportunity to lead and build operations within a newly established distribution facility. Wesfield, Massachusetts LaRibbons and Crafts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the setup and daily operations of our new distribution facility in Westfield, MA.This is a critical leadership role responsible for establishing efficient warehouse operations, implementing warehouse systems, managing inventory accuracy, and building a high-performing warehouse team. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing warehouse systems, logistics operations, and warehouse teams, and has the ability to implement structured processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities ? Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping ? Establish efficient warehouse workflows and operational processes ? Implement and manage warehouse systems including ERP, shipping platforms, and warehouse management systems ? Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control processes ? Manage parcel and freight logistics including UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipping coordination ? Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff ? Ensure safe forklift operations and maintain warehouse safety standards ? Collaborate closely with company leadership and customer service teams ? Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency ? Maintain organized, clean, and productive warehouse operations Required Qualifications ? 5+ years of warehouse management experience ? Proven experience implementing and managing warehouse systems (ERP, WMS, shipping systems) ? Strong experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy management ? Advanced Excel and operational data management skills ? Clear understanding of warehouse logistics, freight coordination, and shipping operations ? Hands-on forklift and warehouse safety experience ? Strong leadership and team management abilities ? Experience setting up or improving warehouse operational processes ? Ability to work closely with ownership and leadership to build scalable operations Preferred Experience ? Experience setting up or launching warehouse operations ? Experience implementing operational efficiency improvements ?
