Sales Support & Digital Marketing Coordinator Location: Western, MA Massachusetts Company: LaRibbons & Crafts Overview LaRibbons & Crafts is seeking a Sales Support & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing sales team and help manage digital marketing initiatives. This role combines sales support, customer coordination, and social media content creation. The position supports the sales team by helping track customer orders, coordinate sales materials and samples, oversee online customer experience and order follow-through and ensure customers receive timely updates on their orders. The role also supports the company?s digital marketing efforts by assisting with social media content creation and ecommerce lead management. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing, social media, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities ? Support the sales team by tracking customer orders through the fulfillment and shipping process ? Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customer service team, and warehouse operations ? Coordinate sales materials, samples, and marketing collateral for customers and sales representatives ? Respond to customer inquiries received through ecommerce platforms and online sales channels in a timely and professional manner ? Monitor ecommerce order flow to ensure orders are accurately entered, processed, and shipped on schedule. ? Manage ecommerce leads and customer inquiries received through online platforms ? Assist customers and sales representatives with order status updates and product information ? Maintain organized records of customer communications and sales materials ? Create and manage social media content across company platforms ? Assist with digital marketing initiatives and product promotions ? Support basic reporting and sales data tracking using Excel Required Qualifications ? Strong organizational and communication skills ? Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms ? Strong computer skills including Excel, email, and digital tools ? Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously ? Strong attention to detail and follow-through ? Positive, team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience ? Marketing, communications, or business background ? Experience with ecommerce platforms or digital marketing ?
