Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Position Summary
Ensure patient and staff safety while maintaining clinical and regulatory standards
Act as the on-site leader overnight , supporting staff, physicians, and administration
Evaluate staffing needs, assign resources, and promote teamwork
Monitor patient care quality, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies
Participate in staff education, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Massachusetts required.
Diploma in Nursing
