Salary Range : $80,000 to $95,000 - depending on experience

Essential Duties and Tasks

Recommends equipment and processes for efficient, cost effective, promote quality and improve reliability.
Assess current equipment and processes, make recommendations for improvements.
Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair equipment, processes.
Develop, implement improvement methods and controls focused on safety, quality and efficiency
Report on results
Project plan development and presentation, follow-up, tracking progress
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Bachelors’ Degree with Engineering Certificate required
4 to 6 years manufacturing engineering experience, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid working knowledge and hands on experience with concepts and principles
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
