Business Systems Analyst Location: Westfield, Massachusetts Company: LaRibbons & Crafts Overview LaRibbons & Crafts is seeking a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to support our growing operations and help improve the effectiveness of our business systems and data reporting. This role works closely with company leadership, and operations teams, to ensure that our ERP systems, reporting tools, and operational data are accurate, organized, and delivering valuable insights to the business. The ideal candidate is analytical, systems-oriented, and experienced in working with business data, reporting platforms, and operational systems. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain operational reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Excel ? Support reporting needs for leadership including sales, inventory, purchasing, and operational metrics ? Maintain data integrity across ERP systems and internal databases ? Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and reporting processes ? Assist with system integrations and operational improvements ? Work closely with the Director of Technology on system enhancements and reporting tools ? Support operations teams with purchasing and inventory planning analysis with overseas team located in China. ? Troubleshoot system data issues and ensure consistent data accuracy ? Help maintain clean and organized system data across the company Required Qualifications ? 5 years experience working with business systems, reporting, or data analysis ? Strong experience with Power BI (required) ? Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and reporting ? Experience working with ERP systems or operational databases ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy ? Ability to work closely with leadership and operational teams Preferred Experience ? Experience supporting inventory, purchasing, or operational planning ? Experience working with ecommerce or retail systems ?
