POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Manager, Partner & Ecosystem Growth Marketing is responsible for driving demand, brand awareness, and revenue growth through the partner ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, M&E contractors and system integrators. Focus on executing go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, developing partner-focused marketing programs and initiatives that help channel partners promote Vertiv's critical infrastructure solutions. This team bridges the gap between marketing and channel sales-enabling partners to effectively sell Vertiv solutions while driving measurable pipeline growth and market expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute Channel Strategy: Support the development and lead the execution of the Ecosystem marketing plans, focusing on improving reach, engagement, and conversion for one segment - Distributors, Resellers or Mechanical & Electrical Contractors

  • Partner Facing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through Partners.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance using data and analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.

  • Regional Event Coordination and Support: Procure booth materials - signage, speaking session, content, social promotion, displays, promotional items, booth staff. Onsite management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, Channel sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches.

  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with Vertiv's goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or closely related field.

  • 5-8 Years' Experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner management-preferably in IT, data center, or infrastructure industries.

  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems (distributors, resellers, system integrators). Familiarity with data center, power, cooling, or critical infrastructure solutions is preferred.

  • Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships and influence stakeholders across a channel network.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to travel as needed.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

  • Sitting, Standing, Lifting (50lbs).

  • Standard office environment in addition to tradeshow floor.

TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED

  • 20-30% travel based on Partner and Organization needs.
