This includes ordering of stock and non-stock items, processing of routine forms, reports and documents in accordance with policy. Principal Accountabilities:(The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): Communicate with co-workers, subordinates, and those of higher authority Excellent radio and phone skills etiquette Ship and receive all supplies and parts Purchase maintenance parts and supplies Distribute parts and packages to appropriate persons or department Maintain cleanliness of parts department and parts storage bins and lockers Maintain purchase order and inventory records The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation. Working Environment: Assignment Complexity - Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Essential Functions: Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. Knowledge and Skills(The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): This is an entry-level position.
