ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Engineer II in Westbrook, Maine
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive leadership, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 45/hr
What's the Job?
Exercise technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations to lead complex technical tasks
Set direction and take ownership of manufacturing engineering projects with multiple inter-coordinating elements
Identify key issues proactively and develop innovative solutions where precedent may not exist
Collaborate with peers and mentors to review project approaches and verify activities
Apply new methods and approaches considering the impact on system components and overall operations
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Science, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to anticipate issues and develop creative, effective resolutions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
