Framing Carpenter
Westbrook, Maine | $27 - $36/hr
We are looking for an experienced Framing Carpenter to join our team for a multi‑story apartment building project in Westbrook. This role focuses on installing panelized wall systems and supporting general framing work. The right candidate should have experience in commercial/multi-family framing and be used to tightly packed sites with multiple trades working at the same time.
Responsibilities
Install pre‑fabricated wall panels safely and accurately
Align, secure, and fasten wall panels per layout drawings
Assist with general framing, sheathing, blocking, and bracing
Work with crane operators and site supervisors for proper sequencing
Follow all job‑site safety protocols
Requirements
2+ years of framing experience
3+ years of commercial carpentry experience
Ability to read construction plans and use standard framing tools
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
