Facilities Associate – Keep Operations Running Smoothly!
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd shift
Assignment Length: Long-term temporary
We are now hiring Facilities Associates to support our client IDEXX , a reputable and innovative organization in Westbrook. These positions pay $19/hour and are long‑term assignments .

Typical daily duties:
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Wet/dry cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces using commercial equipment
• Collecting, separating, and disposing of solid and recycled waste
• Reporting maintenance needs and following safety/security protocols
• Assisting with office moves and basic facility repairs
What we’re looking for:
• Janitorial/facilities experience
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written procedures
