General Sales Manager
Location: Worcester, MA (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $250,000 – $350,000 per year
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and driven General Sales Manager to oversee and scale our sales operations. This leadership role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily sales operations and team performance
Monitor KPIs and ensure team members meet or exceed goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve performance
Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to maximize lead conversion
Manage cancel-save and rehash processes to recover revenue opportunities
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
Maintain accountability and alignment across the team
Requirements
5+ years of home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)
2+ years in a sales leadership or management role
Proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
