Robert Half ERP Project Manager in Westborough, Massachusetts
Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional to oversee the implementation and integration of financial systems at our Westborough, Massachusetts location. This long-term contract position requires an individual with strong attention to detail who can manage complex ERP transitions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration across financial modules.
• Develop and manage profit and loss statements, balance sheets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets within the new system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align intercompany accounting practices with organizational goals.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to system configuration and data migration.
• Ensure that all financial operations adhere to regulatory and corporate standards.
• Document processes and workflows for future reference and audit purposes.
• Communicate project milestones and updates to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including intercompany accounting.
• Expertise in preparing financial statements and managing fixed assets.
• Familiarity with monthly balance sheet reconciliation and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address system and process challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
