ManpowerGroup Quality Assurance Specialist III in Westampton Township, New Jersey

Our client, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will be an integral part of the Distribution Center operations supporting project coordination and shipment accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, exceptional computer proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Westhampton, NJ

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and oversee Prepack and Rollout projects within the Distribution Center to ensure timely and accurate execution.

  • Serve as a liaison between various internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.

  • Review and verify orders, stock transfers, and special receipts to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Audit shipments for quality, accuracy, and compliance, including high-profile and international shipments.

  • Track project progress, coordinate delivery instructions, and monitor shipment status with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of project coordinating experience in a distribution or logistics environment.

  • High School diploma or GED; or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word with strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP/WM systems is preferred, demonstrating above-average navigation skills.
