Our client, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will be an integral part of the Distribution Center operations supporting project coordination and shipment accuracy. Pay Range: $23
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What's the Job?
Coordinate and oversee Prepack and Rollout projects within the Distribution Center to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Serve as a liaison between various internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
Review and verify orders, stock transfers, and special receipts to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Audit shipments for quality, accuracy, and compliance, including high-profile and international shipments.
Track project progress, coordinate delivery instructions, and monitor shipment status with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of project coordinating experience in a distribution or logistics environment.
High School diploma or GED; or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP or other ERP/WM systems is preferred, demonstrating above-average navigation skills.
