Job Summary:
The Resort Worker is involved in most aspects of day to day operations of the Lodge while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times; and must be cross-trained in areas related to housekeeping, front desk, retail, groundskeeping, and food service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Focus on the customer: Seeks to understand the internal/external customer and meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
Perform customer service, food service, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
Restock supplies.
Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately as necessary.
Maintain clean and orderly station area; stock and maintain station area with various supplies and products.
Improve continuously: Constantly assess and adapts to current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently
May be assigned to other duties as required by the Shift Supervisor or Manager(s).
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
One year of work experience and a desire to learn and work hard.
Work is assigned orally and in written form; individual must be able to interpret menus and recipes, and be able to follow directions
Good visual and communication skills.
Ability to work with a variety of people.
Willing to be cross-trained in all areas of the work place
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above should
