Job Description: Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst
Role Summary
The Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst will lead planning, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering for the Compliance 2.0 MVP platform. The PM/BA will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, billing issues, contract extensions, and overall engagement financials.
Coordinate daily standups, weekly architecture reviews, and sprint planning across globally distributed teams.
Track milestones and deliverables using JIRA and Confluence platforms.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project risks and blockers.
Business Analysis
Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to capture business requirements with minimal disruption to operations.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, and prioritized backlogs.
Validate compliance workflows, document management strategies, and rule engine configurations.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure mobile-first, accessible, and multilingual user experiences.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive documentation including architectural blueprints, implementation roadmaps, and user guides.
Support audit readiness through detailed reporting and analytics specifications.
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of MVP features.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hybrid PM/BA roles within enterprise software projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with Azure services including App Services, API Management, SQL Database, Blob Storage, and AI Document Intelligence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work across time zones and coordinate offshore teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with compliance platforms, document workflows, and third-party integrations (e.g., CheckR, LMS).
Experience with SOC2-compliant system design.
Knowledge of Microsoft RulesEngine or similar rule-based frameworks.
Background in education, transportation, or regulatory compliance domains.
