JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF POSITION The IT Operations Administrator IV is responsible for managing and maintaining Windows server environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, functionality, as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications and services within the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience: BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or other technical degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to occupation. Minimum of six (6) years experience Other Requirements: Strong Microsoft Administration background. Knowledge and understanding of configuring Windows servers to meet organization requirements, considering hardware specifications and software compatibility. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft O365, Microsoft Axure, Microsoft TEAMS, Microsoft SharePoint, and O365 cloud services. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft InTune, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and Windows Server Update Service.
