Join our team as an RN Practitioner. In the RN Practitioner role you will:

  • Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.

  • Perform advanced practice procedures.

  • Utilize the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.

  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • 1 year of experience in a clinical or advance practice setting, preferred

  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to Behavioral Health/Psychiatry

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner, from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program required. Must be a graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.

  • Graduate from an Accredited School Of Nursing required

  • Utah Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in Psychiatry

  • Utah RN License required

  • BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting

  • ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting

  • Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

  • $150,893 base salary plus incentive plan

  • $6,983 sign-on bonus

Pay Range

$150,893-$150,893/year
