LPN Unit Coordinator – Leadership Role with Growth OpportunityLocation: Seneca Health Care Center | West Seneca, NYJob Type: Full-time

Rate: $28.00 - $32.00/hr. (depending on experience) with a $3,000 sign on bonus for full time

Lead with confidence. Grow with purpose.Seneca Health Care Center is seeking a reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Coordinator to lead a dedicated nursing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on both resident care and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily clinical operations for the assigned unit

  • Provide hands-on nursing care and oversee medication and treatment administration

  • Supervise and support CNAs and unit staff to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Monitor documentation, care plans, and compliance with regulatory standards

  • Serve as a point of contact for families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Participate in staff scheduling, training, and performance discussions

  • Support communication between nursing leadership and frontline staff

    Requirements:

  • Current LPN license

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to effectively delegate, problem-solve, and prioritize care

  • Experience in a lead nurse, charge nurse, or team leader role preferred
