ManpowerGroup Quality Engineer in West Salem, Ohio
Monitor quality performance metrics for trends or causes to determine risks and opportunities in the Quality Management System
Ensuring processes adhere to quality standards
Develop or establish new standards and update existing standards
Develop written work instructions and procedures based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard
Provide input into work instructions, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing methods to ensure quality
Reviews customer complaints and lead development of corrective action responses
Facilitate process improvement efforts with teams to ensure continued improvement and correction of process issues
Review supplier scorecards and monitor supplier performance
Communicate supplier issues and issue corrective actions for nonconformances
Internal and external audit support
Develop and implement quality control plans
Work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
ASQ or AIAG Certifications in the areas of Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing preferred
Experience in quality tools; auditing, statistical process control (SPC), production part approval process
Experience with manufacturing process controls
Manufacturing blueprint reading including GD&T required
Knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015 Standard
Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Teams) and SAP systems
Ability to work closely with both internal and external resources in the areas of quality planning, risk analysis corrective action and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently, represent a professional manner, be able to make decisions
Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
