Production Worker
Pay: $18
Shift: 12pm - 10pm
Environment: Fabricating Airducts / Sheet Metal
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals with a background in manufacturing or production to join our team as Production Workers. Candidates will start training on the day shift (6 am) for a month before transitioning to the regular shift at 12 pm. This role involves assembling air duct systems using hand and power tools, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Assemble custom-ordered air duct systems using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret schematics to determine assembly requirements.
Perform quality checks to ensure product safety, checking for sharp edges or siding that could harm workers.
Lift and handle products weighing 50+ pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly work.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to read schematics.
Capability to lift 50+ pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, particularly in a warm warehouse environment during summer.
Willingness to stand and work on feet for 10-12 hours a day.
Availability for 25-30 hours of overtime weekly during peak seasons from September to December.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
