The crew manager will explain and monitor the correct color and size for quality standards while also monitoring for bruising, which must be less than 5%. Work may be in hot, cold, and wet conditions. This job will include spot harvesting, grading, packing of fruit, apples, tomatoes, corn, hay and pumpkins. Workers should be able to lift up to 50 lbs while climbing a ladder 16\" tall. They will carefully harvest only the best color and size fruit.
