Role Overview
Sodexo is proud to partner with Keiser University's Flagship Campus in beautiful West Palm Beach, FL in the Ground Up Build for two 5-story student housing buildings. We need an experienced Construction Project Manager-Superintendent to LEAD the construction of TWO 5-story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories.Our professionally polished leader will partner with and oversee our Construction Manager. Valid Driver's License with clear background is required. 5-years of experience managing new construction projects up to $30M in value preferred. In this role, you will shape construction management capabilities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional project delivery for client.
What You'll Do
Act as Construction Superintendent
Assist in collaborating with our Architect and Engineering team to Lead the construction of TWO 5-story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories
Update data all costing estimation, contract negotiation and vendor activities, and software (Procore preferred)
Organize construction personnel-vendors and ensure that materials and equipment resources are delivered
Oversee project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques
Execute all activities with planning commissions and governing bodies for permits
Manage Budgeting, Estimating and Scheduling TWO $30M Construction Projects

What You Bring
Valid Driver's License with clear background is required
Experience developing scope of work and communicating complex projects to our client partners
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Design or Engineering is preferred
Experience Budgeting up to $30M projects
Strong design experience

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
