ManpowerGroup Senior Buyer in West Melbourne, Florida
Our client, an electronics and communications company are seeking a Senior Buyer to join their team. This Senior Buyer is responsible for managing sourcing activities for an electronics/technology organization, ensuring required materials, equipment, and services are available when needed. The role balances cost efficiency, supplier performance, quality expectations, and inventory health. In addition to supporting and mentoring Buyers, this position works closely with engineering, operations, finance, and quality teams to keep programs moving smoothly.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000

What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of purchasing/procurement experience,
Experience in electronics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of electronic components, PCBs, and manufacturing supply chains.
Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
