Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hour
Shift:
2nd shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:
Coordinating with the Facilities Supervisor/Lead to perform day-to-day work orders
Implementing good housekeeping practices throughout the facility and performing custodial duties (e.g., emptying trash, mopping restrooms, replenishing supplies, vacuuming offices)
Ensuring janitorial supplies are stocked in all facility areas
Performing basic repair and maintenance of production equipment and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
Responding to facility emergencies as needed
Setting up and operating all necessary tools and equipment for assigned tasks
Performing minor landscaping and hardscaping on exterior grounds
Assisting with line and office moves as required, collaborating with Facilities Team Members
Maintaining cleanliness of work area and surrounding workspace
Using manned lifts and eight-foot step ladders as needed (lift training required)
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bring 1+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or housekeeping roles (required)
Possess or are willing to obtain forklift and scissor lift certifications (preferred)
Have knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting (preferred)
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, assessment, and independent work skills
Have completed OSHA training (preferred)
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Are a self-starter, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
Interact well with individuals at all organizational levels and thrive in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
Can prioritize and organize workload to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Maintain an excellent attendance record
Meet US Person requirements as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylum recipients, or amnesty-granted temporary residents due to ITAR-controlled technical data)
