Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our product processing. This role involves the inspection of fresh or processed products on conveyor systems, placing products on processing or packaging conveyor systems, and assisting with various tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Inspect fresh or processed products on conveyor systems or roller tracks.
Place products on processing and packaging conveyor systems.
Lift and move trays off and onto carts.
Load products onto trays and assist in moving racks or carts of products.
Pack packaged products into cardboard boxes.
Label and seal product cases and cartons.
Clean and set up processing and packaging operations.
Essential Skills
Experience in production or general labor.
Ability to operate processing machinery, including set up and tear down.
Experience in machine operation and operating machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to clean and sanitize product processing rooms.
Ensure process and product quality is maintained.
Strong communication skills to work with team members, other shifts, supervisors, and maintenance staff.

Work Environment
The work environment involves frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and loud noise levels. You will be exposed to various food allergens and will regularly be required to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, reach, carry, lift, and twist. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

This is a Permanent position based out of West Henrietta, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
