We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team.Job Responsibilities: * Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications * Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor programming edits as needed * Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure quality * Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions * Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues * Work with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines and quality standardsQualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a precision machining environment * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T * Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be reliableBrinkman Precision, Inc. offers competitive wages and excellent benefits including: * Paid Time Off * 401 (k) Matching * Medical * Dental * Short Term Disability * Long Term Disability * Life Insurance * And more!Please submit your resume with past experience listed for consideration and we appreciate your interest in our company!
