Perfect Landscaping Inc. Groundskeeping Worker in WEST HARRISON, New York

Perfect Landscaping Inc is seeking to fill three (3) Groundskeeping Workers (37-3011.00 Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers) temporary, full-time peakload positions for April 1, 2026, to December 15, 2026. Worksite: 78 White Plains Avenue, West Harrison, NY 10604, and multiple sites in Westchester and Ulster counties. Job Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Requirements: No education, training, or experience required. Special Requirements: Must lift/carry 50 lbs. when necessary. Must work Saturday/Sunday, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for at least 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, heat, and rain. Schedule varies. Physically fit to perform the job functions, which include standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods of time. Terms and conditions of employment: $21.91-$23.75 /hr 35 hours/week, Overtime available at $32.87- $35.63/hour. Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Half-hour lunch. Employees will be paid weekly on Thursday. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors, including work performance, skill, and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. On the job training available. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. Other benefits provided and costs: The employer will make all required deductions from the worker's paycheck. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Transportation, Subsistence, and Fees: The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Tools, protective clothing, or other items: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.
