Associate Manufacturing - Nights
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will perform operations in the Manufacturing Services on Night shift. Associate Manufacturing will provide technical leadership to the team under the direction of the Manufacturing Services manager. All operations will be performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities Include:
Perform and monitor critical processes, complete routine validation protocols, and review documents such as Manufacturing Procedures and SOPs.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions.
May also have the responsibility of initiating and owning area Deviations, revising SOP's and performing LEAN functions.
In this role, you will be expected to work a 12-hour shift (7PM-7AM) on a rotating schedule (C Shift). This includes extra benefits such as receiving an added 15% shift differential, and also getting premium pay for any Sundays worked. The schedule during the initial on-boarding phase for this role (2-6 weeks) will be administrative (Monday through Friday, approximately 8am to 5pm).

Basic Qualifications:
High school/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations work experience OR
Associate’s + 6 months of manufacturing or operations work experience OR
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Washers and Autoclaves
Prior experience with process equipment, computers, and intermediate mathematical skills.
Knowledge of LIMS and access
CFR and Regulatory knowledge
Mechanical ability/expertise
Experience and Knowledge of Weigh Dispensing
Strong understanding of BDS equipment and CIP and SIP processes
Basic statistical mathematical skills
Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge
Understanding of analytical methods for the manufacturing area
Ability to demonstrate technical writing capability with TrackWise access
Knowledge of MES and SAP systems
Independently collaborate with outside resources
Ability to understand, apply and evaluate basic chemistry, biology and physical principles
Strong troubleshooting skills on Manufacturing Services equipment
Ability to use Power Industrial Vehicles
Experience with Delta V, RDs, and the PI system
Demonstrated ability to lead teams

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
