Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Hourly Pay Range: $22.21 - $28.26 (salary negotiations based on skills/experience). 2nd shift will receive an additional 7% night shift premium. Work hours for 2nd shift are from 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM, Monday - Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays. Enjoy paid weekly!

What’s a typical day as Shop Technician II? You’ll be:
• Accurately utilizing data collection systems and performing basic and advanced assembly and disassembly operations.
• Identifying and categorizing wear patterns of parts, using blueprints and precision measuring devices to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Assisting in the development of new assembly and disassembly procedures and training other technicians in various operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of job-related experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Possess effective oral and written communication skills, along with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Are highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
