Job Title: Painter Job Description
Join our team as a Painter, where you will be responsible for painting agricultural and transportation products. You will have the opportunity to work with renowned companies and learn powder coating processes as you become familiar with various parts and their functions.
Responsibilities
Paint on agricultural and transportation products.
Work off of blueprints to prepare and hang parts for painting.
Clean and prep parts for paint application.
Learn and perform powder coating processes.
Essential Skills
1+ year of experience in paint or prep work.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with industrial painting, sandblasting, and using a spray gun.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to train in powder coating techniques.

Work Environment
Work in a newly expanded shop with a state-of-the-art paint booth and facilities. Join a team of approximately 40 people across two shifts. Initial training occurs during day shifts from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm for 3-6 weeks, with night shifts running from 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm, and potentially extending to 4:30 pm to 3:00 am during busy periods. Work from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays available for overtime, and receive a $2/hr shift differential once moved to the night shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
