Job Title: Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule:
April to June: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM; every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Rest of the year: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Kelly is searching for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join a dynamic Shipping & Receiving team. If you have a passion for warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and excellence in material movement, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers per company safety standards
Verify and receive incoming shipments against bills of lading/packing slips
Prepare outgoing shipments, including staging, labeling, and completing documentation
Move materials to proper warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory placement
Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control measures
Keep work areas, warehouse aisles, docks, and storage locations clean and organized
Identify and report damaged or defective products
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and regular equipment inspections
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification
1+ years of forklift operation experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Team player who can work independently

Active warehouse setting with varying temperatures
Frequent lifting, bending, and physical work
Fast-paced, deadline-driven shipping and receiving operations
