We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in West Des Moines, Iowa. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members promptly and professionally.
• Handle and distribute incoming mail to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain organized filing systems to support efficient record-keeping.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients and addressing inquiries.
• Perform various administrative tasks as assigned to support the office's daily functions.
