Arc of Chester County Direct Support Professional in West Chester, Pennsylvania
Flexible Schedules - Part-Time Openings $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Supports are needed in Downingtown, Exton, Phoenixville, and the surrounding areas. ALL WORK IS IN CHESTER COUNTY

*POSITION SUMMARY: *
Empower adults who have disabilities so they can fully engage in the community.
Creatively plan activities with your individuals that match their goals and interests.
Build and establish independence with shopping assistance, daily living tasks, community activities/outings, etc.
Maintain a safe and positive environment for program participants.
Build meaningful relationships and connections with the people on your caseload.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Current and valid driver's license & acceptable driving record as per The Arc's Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Required background checks and clearances (paid for by The Arc)
