Job Title: Machine Operator I (3rd Shift)

Location: West Chester, PA

Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Compensation:

  • $21 per hour

  • $23 per hour after training (3rd shift)

About the Role

Adecco is currently hiring a 3rd Shift Machine Operator I for a manufacturing facility in West Chester, PA. This role is responsible for routine machine setup, operation, adjustments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operation or manufacturing experience who is looking for stable, full-time overnight work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine equipment setup, operation, and adjustments

  • Coordinate with team members to set up machines according to set-up sheets

  • Ensure board loaders and feeders remain fully stocked with correct parts

  • Prep feeders in advance for upcoming production runs

  • Maintain and load solder screen printer

  • Operate LSM machine and enter data into the CIQ system

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area; tube fallout parts and clean machines as needed

  • Monitor machine rejects and ensure parts are sorted and run daily

  • Complete all required documentation accurately

  • Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting

  • Follow all safety, health, and company security procedures

  • Follow verbal instructions, visual aids, and set-up sheets

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year machine operating experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
