PDS Tech Commercial Welder - MIG / Fabrication in West Chester, Ohio
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at the largest value‑added distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial solutions in North America. In this role you will operate a NAP Universal Welder and perform MIG welding on carbon steel pipe, spool pieces, flanges, and related components. The ideal candidate has strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
Location: West Chester, OH
Schedule: 3PM-1:30AM Monday-Thursday. Friday is OT, 6-10 hour shift when needed (Only mandatory when scheduled).
Pay: $25/hour
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform MIG welding on carbon steel pipe, flanges, spool pieces, and outlets.
Align fittings, check groove depths, and inspect materials for defects.
Maintain a clean, safe welding station and follow all safety standards.
Report equipment issues and safety concerns.
Use basic computer programs (Outlook/Email) for communication/Training.
Your Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3–5 years welding/fabrication experience.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
1 year computer experience (Outlook/email).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic reading, writing, and computer literacy.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
