IT Support Technician
Location: Onsite – 5 Days Per Week
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
Crane 1 Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to support day-to-day device setup and user onboarding. This role will focus on configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for employees while ensuring systems meet company security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new hires and existing employees
Install and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security tools
Enroll and manage devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf
Maintain inventory of IT hardware, peripherals, and accessories
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during deployment and post-setup
Ensure devices meet internal security and compliance standards
Provide basic end-user guidance on device usage and best practices
Partner with HR and IT support teams to streamline employee onboarding
Assist with internal training related to new service platforms and field support tools
Support rollouts of new technology platforms across the organization
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of IT support or Help Desk experience
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
Experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or AirWatch
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move computer equipment when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar certification
Experience with automation or scripting tools
