Role Description
The Senior Compensation Lead Analyst plays a key role in managing and evolving Lithko's incentive compensation programs.
This role owns high-impact, company-wide processes that directly connect business performance to employee outcomes. The individual will lead end-to-end execution - building and managing timelines, coordinating across stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, on-time delivery - while also working in the details to validate data, build models, and ensure outputs are correct.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed level - taking ownership of complex processes, driving project execution, and identifying opportunities to improve and scale how the work gets done.
This is a high-visibility role that partners across the business - including Finance, operational and corporate teams - to provide insights that support decision-making and improve how compensation is structured and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute core compensation cycles, including incentive compensation programs and compensation studies, from planning and modeling through validation and delivery
Lead end-to-end execution of compensation processes - build timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery across multiple workstreams
Connect compensation outcomes to business performance by understanding key financial drivers (revenue, profitability, EBITDA) and their impact on incentive programs
Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, projections, and decision-making
Establish and maintain processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability of compensation data across systems
Identify and implement improvements to tools, systems, and workflows to reduce manual effort and increase scalability
Partner across the business - including Finance, operational leaders, and corporate teams - to support compensation-related decisions (offers, ranges, internal equity, incentive outcomes)
Provide guidance on compensation-related decisions to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
Develop reporting and insights that translate compensation data into clear, actionable information for leadership
Ensure compensation decisions are applied consistently and aligned with company philosophy and structure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5-8+ years of experience in finance, compensation, FP&A, or related analytical roles, with ownership of complex processes or workstreams
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to build, audit, and interpret models that support business decision-making
