Description Key Responsibilities Support deployment of the Operating System within the manufacturing environment. Assist with developing and documenting standard work, process workflows, and best practices. Participate in continuous improvement activities and operational problem solving. Gather data, conduct analysis, and present findings. Engage in daily tier meetings and cross-functional collaboration. Learn from experienced operations and engineering professionals. Required Qualifications Coursework or experience related to Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detailoriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrated interest in manufacturing or industrial environments. Ability to collaborate well with crossfunctional teams. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of methodologies such as Lean, CI, Six Sigma, or similar. Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint Education Requirements Rising Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
