GroundsPRO Landscape Solutions is hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to help maintain commercial properties across the Cincinnati region.

No experience required --- we will train motivated individuals.
What You'll Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will work with a team to maintain commercial landscapes.
Typical duties include:
- Mowing commercial properties with zero-turn mowers
- Trimming grass using string trimmers
- Edging sidewalks and curbs
- Blowing off sidewalks and parking lots
- Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds
- Installing mulch and performing seasonal cleanups
- Loading and unloading landscaping equipment
- Working safely and efficiently with your crew
During winter months, team members may also assist with snow removal operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a team
Preferred but not required
- Landscaping or lawn care experience
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment
- Driver's license
