The Customer Analytic Focal role supports in the development and leads the deployment of analytics within the Americas/Europe region for the LEAP fleet. The role will work closely with customer teams, engineering, and digital teams to prioritize, develop, and utilize analytics to support fleet stability.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead the deployment of analytics within the Americas/Europe region for the LEAP fleet working closely with Customer Teams and Engineering
Support the prioritization and development of analytics to support overall fleet stability
Work closely with the Digital Teams on development of Digital Products for Analytic applications
Monitor fleet stability and analytic effectiveness.
Provide inputs and influence over decisions within own discipline and area
Develop strong communication and diplomacy skills
Communicate recommendations and solutions across direct organization and with cross-functional partner organizations
Present project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams
Make complex decisions; influence decision making with external parties
Find and interpret data sources, manage large amounts of data, merge data sources together, ensure consistency of datasets, create visualizations to aid in understanding data, and communicate insights/findings in simplified way to reach people who do not understand complex statistics
Prioritize, prototype, design, build, test, and deploy analytics models and scorecards in agile methodology
Develop communication, training, and change management deliverables required to increase adoption
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will be a forward thinking, clear communicator who has experience working with both internal and external customers. They will have experience telling the technical story to non-technical teams, and ensure they have an accurate understanding of the story being shared.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in engineering

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
