⭐ About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Chemical/Blender Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely operating mixing, blending, and processing equipment to produce high‑quality chemical products according to established formulas and specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.
? Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust blending and mixing equipment according to batch instructions
Measure, weigh, and add raw materials following precise formulations
Record production data, batch numbers, and equipment readings
Perform in‑process quality checks and report deviations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and chemical handling guidelines
Assist with loading/unloading materials, drums, totes, and finished goods
Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and notify maintenance when needed
Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives
? Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a Chemical Operator, Blender Operator, or in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read and follow batch sheets, SOPs, and safety instructions
Comfortable working with chemicals and industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift up to (X lbs) and stand for extended periods
Basic math and measurement skills
Forklift experience a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
