Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Bencher positions in WEST CHESTER, OH . Shift: Monday - Thursday 6AM-4:30PM
Pay: $ 20.46

Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections to identify and repair nicks, burrs, and defects
Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet tolerances
Operate deburring tools, hand tools, and grit blasting equipment
Make manual adjustments and rework parts as needed
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a production or shop environment
Basic to advanced math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage time effectively
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $20.46 per hour
