Adecco Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Evandale, OH. This position has many responsibilities that are shared with Account Management.
Role Summary
A specialized Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Evendale, OH who acts as the primary liaison between laboratory operations and onsite teams. This role balances high-level financial administration with technical equipment logistics and direct customer relationship management.
Key Highlights:
Pay Range between $23 to $26 or more based on experience.
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Detailed Key Responsibilities
Financial & Contract Administration
Level Billing: Perform monthly reconciliations for all GE sites to ensure billing accuracy.
Transaction Processing: Manage the full lifecycle of credits and rebills, ensuring all invoices and quotes align with specific contract requirements.
Vendor Management: Handle purchase orders (POs) and requisitions, specifically managing payment workflows for vendors who do not accept credit cards.
Equipment Logistics & Technical Support
In-Lab Processing: Receive and route equipment based on service status; create VSR requests for external vendor servicing.
Compliance & Scheduling: Coordinate onsite vendor visits with the OSS (Onsite Services) Team to maintain site compliance and prevent service delays.
Tracking & Escalation: Monitor lab transfers and OSS items, escalating delays to leadership to meet turnaround time (TAT) goals.
Advanced Data & System Management
Database Integrity: Set up and maintain complex customer records, including profile updates, ID merges, and equipment move logs.
Reporting: Generate custom data reports for customers regarding funding needs or inventory status.
Quality Control: Review POs and match packing slips to equipment to ensure 100% accuracy during receiving and transfers.
Customer Advocacy & Communication
Direct Representation: Attend customer-facing meetings and participate in conference calls to provide real-time updates on equipment and contracts.
Liaison Duties: Bridge the communication gap between the laboratory technicians and onsite customer teams to resolve conflicts or clarify service needs.
Staff Training: Responsible for onboarding and training part-time or clerical employees on internal workflows.
Qualifications at a Glance
Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
Technical: Strong Excel/Word skills; ability to learn specialized lab/contract databases.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license for potential site-to-site coordination.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
