(West Caldwell, NJ) seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely; match invoices with purchase orders and receipts; prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments (ACH and wire transfers); reconcile vendor statements; and assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.
