General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking an individual who desires more than just a job — someone eager to learn a trade, work with their hands, and become a vital part of our exceptional team. Initially, you will learn how to build and repair our chocolate machines. You will then travel with our team to assist customers with service calls. Over time, you'll manage service calls independently, install new equipment, train customers, and perhaps even participate in candy trade shows.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Mechanically inclined (training provided).
Enjoys working with hands.
Comfortable communicating with customers and troubleshooting.

Positive attitude and dependability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with assembly, general production, and fabrication.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Experience in machine operation.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Bridgewater, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
