Job Focus: Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance services while ensuring safety, water quality, and proper equipment operation. Key Skills & Knowledge - Safety compliance and awareness - Basic understanding of water flow systems - Fundamental knowledge of water chemistry, including adjustments and balancing Responsibilities: - Perform basic pool cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and cleaning baskets - Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain proper balance and water quality - Inspect pool equipment to ensure proper function and operation - Identify, document, and report issues requiring repair or replacement - Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Growth & Development Goal This position is designed to support professional growth, with the goal of developing the skills and qualifications necessary for advancement within the organization. Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Basic knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance principles. - Familiarity with safety practices and ability to follow safety protocols. - Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 25 - 50 lbs, bending, and working outdoors. - Reliable transportation or ability to get to work consistently. - Good attention to detail and ability to document observations accurately. - Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in pool operations.
