Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Commercial Lines Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing knowledgeable support and ensuring a seamless, positive experience. You will assist with onboarding new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and managing policy renewals.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Support
- Provide high-quality, professional service with a positive and client-focused approach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency management system
- Handle daily policy servicing, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, claims, and coverage updates
- Review policies and endorsements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and send annual renewal communications with customized coverage recommendations
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage based on client needs
Client Relationships & Communication
- Act as a dependable and responsive resource for client inquiries and service requests
- Listen carefully to understand client needs and ensure prompt, accurate follow-through
- Assist clients with claims reporting and provide support throughout the claims process
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members, clients, carriers, and partners
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting when needed
