Sevita Certified Nursing Assistant in West Boylston, Massachusetts
MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Adult Day Center (Spanish Speaking Required)
Location: West Boylston, MA
Pay: $19/hour + $500 signing bonus!
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Adult Day Center team. In this role, you will support participants with daily care needs while helping create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist participants with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
Monitor health status and report any changes
Support social engagement and group activities
Assist with meals and light housekeeping tasks
Help ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Work collaboratively with team members to support participant care
Qualifications
Active CNA certification required
Must speak Spanish
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience preferred
Experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities is a plus
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
