FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: 1st Shift Details: Ability to cover hours Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 8:00pm. On Fridays from 7:00am to 5:30pm. Saturday morning shift between 7:45am to 1:00pm at the West Bend Health Center (1700 W Paradise Drive) approximately 4 to 5 Saturdays a year. Travel to following locations to assist with staffing needs: Cedarburg Clinic (N69W5269 Columbia Road, Cedarburg, WI 53012) Germantown Health Center (W168 N11237 Western Ave, Germantown, WI 53022) Hartford Health Center (110 Lone Oak Lane, Hartford, WI 53027) Jackson Health Center (W225 N16711 Cedar Park Court, Jackon, WI 53037) Kewaskum Health Center (1701 Fond du Lac Ave, Kewaskum, WI 53040) Mequon Health Center (11430 N. Port Washington Rd, Mequon, WI 53092) Pleasant Valley Health Center (3200 Pleasant Valley Rd, West Bend, WI 53095) Port Washington Health Center (115 Sweetwater Blvd, Port Washington, WI ) West Bend Health Center (1700 W. Paradise Dr, West Bend, WI 53095) Job Summary: Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service and provides general office support in a clinic setting. EXPERIENCE: Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program of 6 months or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred. EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. LICENSURE: ASCP certification preferred. TRAINING: Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent or Health Unit Coordinator diploma, preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Knowledge of medical terminology.
